21st September -23rd September Equinox Retreat
This retreat will include:
yoga with Ayesha
(2x 60 minute morning yoga & meditation practice + 2 x 60 minute evening restorative practice)
Release your creativity workshop and Plein air painting
Cooking demo and hands on practice with Seb, get an insight into some of secrets and hacks of how to prepare a stress free supper for a group
Full catering from our experienced team throughout your stay, including breakfast lunch and dinner (and all the home baked snacks and treats you've come to know and love from our coffee shop) using locally sourced ingredients, recipes to inspire and reflect the season
Check in Monday 21st from midday for a welcome arrival Somerset ploughman’s lunch
Check out Sunday 23rd at 11 am, after full cooked and hearty breakfast
Accommodation, a little bit treaty, one of two ensuites either upstairs with a double bed, Juliet balcony and ensuite shower room, or a king size bed downstairs with views directly onto the orchard, also with its own ensuite shower room.
